This Manufacturer/Seller Order Form is an offer by the purchaser to purchase from the manufacturer/seller the products listed in the Order Form for the prices of those products in the seller's published current Price List and on the seller's Standard Terms & Conditions.
If the Order is accepted it shall, together with the seller's Standard Terms & Conditions, constitute the contract between the seller and the purchaser for the sale and purchase of the products ordered.
The Manufacturer/Seller Order Form requires insertion (after purchase) of a description of the product/s, product item number (if applicable), number of items and price, and further details relating to the Order for internal office records.
