This Office "HBA Accounting" has only been using this program for a few months now and we are finding this the easiest, most cost effective way to create our Company and Trust documentation. For the fact that we pay per month and receive the ability to establish 100 documents. This is a real plus. Our clients come to us for efficient and prompt service.

We find LawLive extremely economical for access to standard type agreements that are required in the day to day operations.

Being a small start-up company we find that individually crafted agreements are simply too expensive. But the requirements on all businesses, especially in the area of employment, mean that it is imperative that appropriate employment contracts, employee handbooks and associate documents are executed for the protection of both the company and the employee. We have used LawLive employment agreements extensively.

The easy access at any time to the agreements including Non Disclosure Agreements and IP license agreements is invaluable. We find that the subscription approach works well for us allowing us access to any documents at anytime for no additional fees.
